Looking for a COOL Fundraiser?
The S&T Bank Arena & White Township Recreation Complex invite your group to co-sponsor a Public Skate. Ice skating is a fun way to spend an afternoon socializing with friends and exercising too!
The way the fundraiser works is simple. No tickets to sell, no money to collect! Your members concentrate on publicity and handing out coupons to friends and family.
Generally, Public Skating sessions occur every Saturday and Sunday afternoon (2 to 4 p.m.) from September until the end of March. Your organization simply selects a date and decides how many tickets your members would like to distribute. Your fundraising chairperson calls the White Township Recreation Complex to confirm a date, completes the online form and sends it to the White Township Recreation Complex. Rec Complex staff will contact you and then create personalized coupons and send the desired number of coupons to your fundraising chairperson. Optionally, if your group sends out a newsletter, the coupon can be emailed to your newsletter coordinator and included in the newsletter.
On the date confirmed for your group, people bring their coupon and pay the regular admission fee. Following the Public Skate, your organization will receive $2 for every adult admission with coupon and $1 for every other admission with coupon for Public Skate on that date.
This fundraiser is a win-win! Your organization makes money while also supporting the White Township Recreation Complex.
