Two picnic pavilions are located atop the White Township Recreation Complex. Call 724-465-2665 to reserve today.  Print out a facility use agreement here (pricing information below - please call to check availability before completing form).  You can also email us at recinfo@whitetownship.org with any questions or to schedule.

Eagles Rest Picnic Area

Seating for approximately 80 at picnic tables (10) picnic pavilion
** Two tables with handicap access **

Restrooms: Women and men with city water
Water: available from outside spigot at restroom (city supply - drinkable)
Electric available upon request (additional cost - see below)
Outlet located on steel column on your right when walking into pavilion
Grills: 2 pedestal grills (one at either end) and 1 campfire grill
Other facility usage available upon request - if interested - check schedule for availability
Note: The following facilities may be used unless a group/team has a paid reservation. Pavilion users may reserve other facilities to guarantee availability.
Fields - baseball & soccer - $10 per 90 min
Courts - tennis & basketball - $10 per court per hour
Playground - (no charge - open to the public)
Senior Area & Game Equipment - see rates below

2008 User Fees:

All Day - $75.00 or
Hourly - $15.00 per hour

Electric: $5.00 per event ---available upon request

Deposit: Equal to Total Fee - refund returned via mail within two weeks after event (see Facility Use Agreement for deposit policy)

Note: User does not have access to Senior Area equipment (they may use areas with their own equipment if nobody else has reserved the Senior Area (see below to reserve both)  

Spadafora/Reese Senior Area

Seating for approximately 25 at picnic tables (3)

Water: available from outside spigot at restroom (city supply - drinkable)

2 Horseshoe Courts
2 Bocce Courts
3 Shuffleboard Courts

2008 User Fees:

All Day - $75.00 or
Hourly - $15.00 per hour

Equipment Fees:

$20.00 per event --- includes horseshoes (2 sets), Bocce balls (2 sets), Shuffleboard (3 sets) and checkers & chess (2 sets)
Key to equipment storage building must be picked up at White Township Business Office during normal business hours prior to event. Return key by dropping in key slot located next to storage building door.

Deposit:

Picnic Area & Senior Area - Combined

User group has access to both pavilions and equipment usage

User Fees:

All day - $115 or
Hourly - $20 per hour

Equipment Fees:

$20 per event (additional)

Electric:

$5 per event (available at picnic pavilion only)
